Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By connecting an account to iishka or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use iishka.

2.Description of the Service

iishka lets you publish and schedule videos and posts and view analytics for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts you connect, manage comments and Instagram Direct messages, and verify account ownership. It works only through the platforms' official APIs and OAuth authorization.

3.Eligibility and Authorization

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You confirm that you own every account you connect, or that its owner has authorized you to connect and manage it.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each platform you use through the App.

4.Third-Party Platforms

iishka is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube or TikTok. Features that use these platforms are subject to their terms.

By using YouTube features of iishka, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

By using TikTok features of iishka, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service. When you post to TikTok, you also agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.

By using Instagram features of iishka, you agree to the Instagram Terms of Use.

5.User Content

You keep all rights to the videos, images, captions and other content you upload.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to publish it to the accounts and at the times you choose and to show it to you in the App. The license ends when you delete the content from the App, except for content already published on a platform, which is governed by that platform's terms.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• send spam or publish repetitive, misleading or unsolicited content;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
• bypass or attempt to bypass platform rate limits, restrictions or security measures;
• upload or publish illegal content or content prohibited by the platforms' rules.

7.Revoking Access and Termination

You can stop using the App at any time:

• In iishka: click Disconnect next to the account. We revoke our token on the platform and delete the account's data.
• Instagram: open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, choose iishka and tap Remove. If you connected through Facebook Login, also remove iishka in Facebook Settings → Business integrations.
• Google / YouTube: open the Google security settings page, choose iishka and remove its access.
• TikTok: in the TikTok app open Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions, choose iishka and remove access (menu names may differ slightly between app versions).

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms or a platform's rules. Data deletion is described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data Deletion page.

8.Availability

The App may change, and features may be added or removed. It depends on the platforms' APIs, their availability and their limits, which the platforms may change at any time; we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available.

9.Disclaimer of Warranties

iishka is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data or content, including losses caused by the platforms or their APIs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute by negotiation within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are settled by the competent court at the Operator's registered address, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use iishka after the change, you accept the updated Terms.
